How a Local Riding Club is Spreading Holiday Cheer at RMH

Lesser Evil Riding Club has been setting out across Central Alberta on a mission to help bring Christmas Cheer to the families staying at Ronald McDonald House this Holiday Season.

Since the beginning of November, the riding club has organized a Gift Drive with drop boxes locations across Central Alberta where Christmas gifts for RMH families can be brought. These gifts will be used at the House’s “Holiday Store” where families staying at the House over the holidays will be able to ‘shop’ for gifts for their children.

This isn’t the first time that Lesser Evil has supported the House. For the past three years, the riding club has donated proceeds from their annual bike wash to the House.

“If we see a need, we do what we can to help,” says Les Kolibaba, a longstanding member of the club.

Anyone interested in supporting the Gift Drive can bring unwrapped, unused gifts to any of the following drop off locations:
