Corporate Giving

We offer a variety of meaningful ways for local businesses to give back to their community and support families. Whether you are looking for an exciting team-building opportunity,  want to grow employee engagement through charitable giving, or simply want to associate your company’s name with one of the city’s top charity events, we have an opportunity for you.

House Heroes Program

The House Heroes Program offers organizations the opportunity to adopt Ronald McDonald House for an entire month. This program allows businesses to make a direct and genuine connection with the House, while engaging employees and helping tell the story of your organization’s impact in the community.

In addition to external recognition benefits, we offer hands-on volunteer opportunities in the House, from cooking meals for families, to participating in recreation activities, to decorating for Christmas and Halloween. Past House Heroes have included Shaw Communications, BD&P and Telus.

Adopt-a-Week Program

Throughout the year, we plan a variety of recreation activities that help our families create positive memories of their time at Ronald McDonald House. When you sponsor a week as part of our Adopt-A-Week Program, we design a week’s worth of activities around your organization’s passions and provide opportunities for your staff to participate in programming led by our Family Services team.

Event Sponsorship

Each year, we host four signature events: our Charity Golf Classic, Hustle for the House and the Taste of Home chef’s challenge. Sponsorship opportunities for these events are available at every budget level, and benefits include complimentary registrations, logo recognition, social media posts and more.

Employee Fundraising

Increase employee engagement in the community by organizing a fundraiser to help the House.  Whether it’s an in-office sales contest or an event to collect money or gifts for families at the House, we are happy to support your employee-driven fundraising efforts.

Corporate Volunteering

Our Home for Dinner Program is an extremely popular hands-on volunteer opportunity for up to eight employees. Your group will get to plan, purchase, prepare and serve dinner to families staying at the House. Coworkers develop a strong sense of unity working together and often choose to volunteer again.
